About Me

I am a WA Certified K-12 teacher with an additional endorsement in language arts. I hold a Masters Degree in Education, a BA in English and am CPR/First Aid Certified. I previously taught second grade in the Highline School District for ten years. Wee Learners Preschool has provided the Ballard neighborhood with quality early childhood programs since 2006.



My Philosophy

I believe that young children learn best through exploration. My program offers children many opportunities to ask questions, explore and discover within the context of a safe, loving environment. Through both child-initiated and teacher-directed activities the children discover and expand their interests while learning the skills necessary to be successful in school.
